Sectors we serve

Wherever machines have to keep turning.

Our engineering discipline transfers across every heavy industry — because a bearing signature reads the same whether it comes from a refinery, a cement plant or a food-grade pump.

Cross-sector expertise

One methodology, every environment.

We've spent nearly two decades working on rotating equipment in some of the most demanding industrial environments in Mexico. Every sector has its own culture, its own regulatory environment and its own operational rhythm — but the underlying engineering discipline of rotating-equipment care is universal.

That's what we bring: the same instruments, the same standards, the same documented methodology — applied with a technician's sensitivity to the operating context of your specific plant.

Industries in detail

Sectors where we operate every week.

Sector 01

Oil & Gas

Upstream, midstream and downstream operations rely on continuously rotating equipment: gas compressors, injection pumps, process turbines, motor-operated valves and their drives. We service centrifugal compressors, positive-displacement pumps and steam turbines across producing fields, processing plants and pipeline stations.

Interventions are coordinated with plant shutdown windows and executed under strict permit-to-work regimes. Our documentation is compatible with API 610 and API 687 records, which is what your reliability engineer will need for asset history.

Sector 02

Power Generation

Thermal, combined-cycle and cogeneration plants depend on steam and gas turbines whose availability is the entire economics of the site. We provide vibration diagnostics, generator alignment, exciter maintenance and full turbine overhauls with associated auxiliary equipment — feedwater pumps, cooling water pumps, condensate pumps and forced-draft fans.

Every intervention closes with a startup vibration baseline that becomes the reference for the next inspection cycle.

Sector 03

Petrochemical

Ethylene crackers, ammonia and methanol plants, olefins and derivatives — petrochemical processes revolve around large compressor trains, process pumps and driven turbines whose failure modes are unforgiving. We provide the specialised skills these assets require: labyrinth-seal service, thrust-bearing overhauls, dynamic balancing of impellers and rotor stacks, and detailed vibration diagnostics on API-class machines.

Sector 04

Cement & Mining

Kilns, mills, crushers, conveyors — the rotating assets of the aggregates industries live in some of the harshest environments imaginable, and they run continuously. We provide gearbox rebuilds, fan-shaft alignment, ball-mill trunnion service and heavy-duty motor overhauls, with condition-monitoring programmes designed for dust, temperature and vibration extremes.

Sector 05

Food & Beverage

Hygienic processing brings its own constraints — stainless-steel construction, sanitary seals, cleaning-in-place compatibility — but the rotating-equipment engineering is fundamentally the same. We service process pumps, homogenisers, centrifuges, blowers and packaging-line drives while respecting the hygienic protocols of the plant.

Sector 06

Pulp, Paper & Chemicals

Continuous-process industries with large rotating assets — refiners, fans, agitators and process pumps — that operate for months without stopping. Our preventive-maintenance programmes are designed to identify wear early and schedule interventions during planned outages, never during production runs.

Sector 07

Manufacturing & Automotive

General industry equipment — air compressors, hydraulic power units, gearmotors, industrial fans and machine-tool spindles. We handle both scheduled maintenance programmes and one-off repair projects, with the same documentation and precision we bring to heavier industries.

Sector 08

Water & Wastewater

Municipal and industrial water infrastructure depends on submersible pumps, blowers, aerator drives and clarifier mechanisms. We service these assets on-site, in-place where possible, and provide condition-monitoring programmes appropriate to their duty and criticality.
